I appeared on the BBC Horizon programme "How to find love on line" broadcast on the 25th April 2016. It was filmed September 2015 in London, 5 hours filming and food and drink but the programme only looks at the 50 selected people briefly. The programme is available on U-Tube.

Squeak and Mark

My background, has been, what some may consider diverse but I am Honest and Trustworthy.

my father taught me so many things...
and I have over the years added to that knowledge...

I qualified ... C&G's Electrician (1981) also C&G's Electronic's (1981) but when the new rules came in (2002 ish) and the requirement for me to pay £7,000 to re-qualify and with so many other electrician's I didn't think it was worth it, I also wanted more of a challenge.

I am a Designer and with a wide ranging practical knowledge of all the trade's and methods of production both present day and going back in time..

I worked in the commercial design sector in the 1980's and then progressed into Consultancy...
 Troubleshooting and Problem-solving.
 Worked at a Patent Attorney's
Taught at a few Universities and Schools....
Academia can be accademic ...

1988 I found 'Sea Prince' and with Samantha and Squeak ... a very different voyage began...

I qualified as a Coastal Skipper ... Motor Cruiser and Sailing ... the Atlantic is a big place.

also Powerboat level2 ... going for a 'razz' at high speed over water is something else...

I Qualified as a Professional Interior and Exterior Designer in 2004... I applied an extra twist ... using only ecological materials and practices...

In 2007 I put many years of research into the Mesolithic, Bronze, Iron, Roman and other ages with Organic Growing and other low tech Ecological principals into practice.

South Northants District Council told me prior to starting planning permission was not required. I did ask for written conformation but did not recieve anything...

As you will see on the other pages I progressed my ideas...

Then ... South Northants District Council informed me that using the land for over 28 days a year for public access, teaching schools, community groups and adults, required "Change of Use" on the land and "Full Planning permission" on each Temporary Structure (in other areas projects like this are welcomed, like living history groups).

I was clearly told would fail.

Was I set up to fail..?
An expensive mistake that cost me... make your own conclussions ...
